Make Parenting a Pleasure (Mill City)

In this free class, caregivers of children ages 0-10 will take home practical ideas for improving self-care, reducing stressors, integrating children into family rules and routines, calming overwhelming emotions, establishing effective discipline, and celebrating children through recognition and special time. Free on-site childcare. Free dinner at 5:00 PM; class goes from 5:30-7:20. This class is offered in partnership with Strengthening Rural Families.
