Open to parents (teen to 24 years old) who are pregnant or parenting

Gain skills and tools to care for yourselves as you care for your child.  Learn healthy coping strategies for stress.  Use self reflection to be the kind of parent you want to be.  Learn to identify and manage your own emotions so you can coach your child about their emotions.  Understand the importance of emotional well-being at any age.  Develop your own support network with other parents your age.

MPAP promotes family resilience by brining young parents together to share and normalize their unique experiences, learn about typical child development and positive discipline, and develop a peer-based support group.
