Co-Parenting
Working as a co-parenting team to raise happy and healthy children takes practice! A core value is putting your children’s needs first, but this also can be challenging., In particular, what unique problems do father’s face? Married, separated, divorced, or as a sole parent, how can fathers best support the emotional needs of their children, the child’s mother, or other co-parenting partner? We will explore and discuss practical co-parenting tips and strategies for fathers, while also practicing self-care. For fathers and anyone who loves them.
